Job description
Support worker required to support young people (16yrs+) towards becoming independent with their day-to-day life. This might mean support with finding a job; accessing education or training; manage their finances, registering with the GP, attending appointments/meetings.
Previous experience of working with Young People is required and it would be an advantage if you have a childcare or relevant qualification. Training is provided if necessary.
Sleep in duties included.
Hours:
Mon-Sun:(12pm-6pm) Day shift.
Mon-Sun: (6pm – 10pm) + on-call sleep on.
Sleep-in b/w 10pm – 7am

Occasional hours (As and When Req’d) for, Meetings/appts –with notice for availability and at overtime rate.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and you are expected to work as part of a very small friendly, supportive and dedicated team. Cost of DBS check will be met by the employer.
